Job Summary
Lead and deliver Workday reporting solutions leveraging Prism Analytics to support HR and Finance functions. Responsible for medium-high complexity client deliverables with quality checks, engaging in pre-sales activities and client POCs. Collaborate with Project Manager, Onshore Lead, and clients to understand project scope and manage workstreams, coordinating with onshore/offshore teams to deliver high-impact outcomes. Design and implement future-ready Workday reporting solutions, mentor team members, and provide guidance on security and migration tools, while communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications

- Integrations
- Fin Core
- Composite Reporting & Prism Analytics
- 4+ years’ experience with HRIS applications and report development tools such as Business Objects, Crystal, and Workday Report Writer
- Experience in leading and executing full report development life cycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy)
- Mentor Team Members on Workday Reporting
- Good understanding of Workday Security and Migration tools
- Functional Knowledge of Workday Modules in HR or Fin
