Job Summary
Workday Engineer 2 responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Workday systems in a large enterprise HR Technology environment. Responsibilities include configuring modules (HCM, payroll, recruiting, Learning, and integrations), developing and managing complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors, designing and managing business processes, creating advanced reports with Workday Report Writer, configuring Workday security groups and roles for compliance, troubleshooting configuration issues, and managing system changes. Requires 5+ years of Workday experience, a Bachelor's degree, advanced Workday Studio/EIB/Core Connectors skills, and strong communication and analytical abilities. Hybrid work arrangement in Seattle, WA.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Workday in a large enterprise environment
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar
- Advanced skills in Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively
