Job Summary
Workday Director - HCM responsible for leading the implementation and integration of Workday HCM solutions to optimize client HR processes, analyzing requirements, delivering tailored HCM solutions, and providing training and support. Drive business development, mentor teams, promote technology in workforce solutions, oversee multiple projects, maintain executive client relations, and contribute to thought leadership within PwC’s Acceleration Center India. Requires strategic leadership in Workday HCM, experience translating complex business needs into innovative Workday solutions, and the ability to travel up to 20%. Location: Bangalore, India; remote/hybrid arrangements are not specified beyond in-person office work in Bangalore. Proficiency in English is required and at least a Bachelor's degree with 16-18 years of experience.
