Job Summary
Assist in analyzing client needs to implement Workday solutions across HR, finance, payroll, and talent management; manage Workday’s cloud-based software for enterprise applications; provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization; collaborate with teams to anticipate client needs and deliver quality solutions; perform data analysis to inform insights and recommendations; develop data-driven consulting strategies to enhance client performance; engage in complex data analysis and modeling to support project goals; uphold professional and technical standards and build meaningful client relationships; participate in project tasks to grow skills in business-application consulting.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- One or more Workday certifications in data and analytics solutions (e.g., Workday Prism Analytics, Reporting, Adaptive Planning)
- Proficiency with Workday Advanced Reporting and Workday HCM
- Experience in complex data analysis and data modeling
- Experience with data visualization and data integration tools
- Knowledge of data security and data quality management
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
