Job Summary
Lead the Data Conversion workstream internally by coaching junior consultants and externally by managing design and delivery of Workday projects. Partner with functional architects and domain leads to develop solutions for requirements or planning challenges while handling mapping conversations and transformation work across the project. Guide project scope and design commitments with clients, assist in budgetary accountability, and tailor approaches to deliver difficult messages effectively. Convert data for four or more workstreams with the flexibility to quickly learn new areas. This role requires four plus years of Workday data conversion experience and advanced Excel skills, supporting client engagements that require U.S.-based presence without visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Workday data conversion experience
- Prior consulting experience
- Have the project, industry, and Workday experience to guide project scope and design commitments with a client
- Be a partner for the Project Manager and Engagement Executive for the planning of the area of a project
- Proactively work with other areas of the project to develop solutions for requirements or planning challenges
- Have the ability to convert data for 4 or more workstreams
- Have the flexibility to quickly learn a new workstream
- Handle mapping conversations and manage the transformation work across a project
- Experience leading data conversion workstreams on multiple Workday projects
- Data analysis or conversion experience in multiple industries
- Experience with Workday Data Conversion and Workday tenant migration tools
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Candidates must currently reside and work within the United States
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
- This is a full-time W2 position only
