Workday Data Conversion Consultant

Lead Workday data conversion activities throughout the implementation lifecycle by developing source-to-target mapping documents and conversion specifications. Analyze, cleanse, transform, and validate legacy data for migration into Workday, then execute mock conversions and support testing cycles. Reconcile converted data and resolve data quality issues while collaborating with functional, technical, and client teams to ensure successful deployments. This role supports a large-scale federal Human Capital Management modernization initiative involving employee, organizational, and historical workforce data migration. U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a background check are required.
