Job Summary

Lead post-implementation Workday customer success for Strada clients, acting as primary delivery contact and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of Tier 3 services. Manage 8-12 aligned clients, escalate delivery concerns, foster client relationships, support revenue growth, and ensure adherence to workflow/documentation standards. Produce hours reporting, manage invoices and payments, create customer scorecards, and lead internal/client meetings to prioritize work, address risks, and close out-of-scope tasks. Requires proven SaaS delivery experience in a fast-paced environment, ERP/HRIS/SDLC/Agile familiarity, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills. Must demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, and a delivery-excellence mindset.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in technical, business, or financial discipline
  • Application certification as required or preferred according to the platform being supported
  • 5+ years of account management / service delivery experience in technical solutions delivery (SaaS)
  • 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources or Human Resources Information System consulting or similar project experience (preferred)
  • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and/ or Agile Methodologies
  • Experience managing and delivering Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions
  • Experience influencing internal or external clients, leading meetings, and facilitating solutions
  • Proven consultative skills to guide client and internal discussions to agreement of solutions in a timely manner
  • Advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to frequent change
