Job Summary
Support client engagements by leveraging Workday Human Capital Management expertise to manage and execute transformation projects that enhance client operations. Utilize analytical thinking to drive business process improvement, strategic human resource planning, and workforce analytics while collaborating on employee engagement strategies. Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for organizational development and change management, leading project management efforts including budgeting and talent planning. Facilitate benefits administration and HR metrics to optimize talent management, developing solutions for consulting and employee relations investigations. Guide and mentor junior team members while fostering inclusion within client environments to promote well-being and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English

- One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
