Job Summary
Analyze complex business processes to identify improvement opportunities in Workday Human Capital Management systems and collaborate with clients to translate HR needs into tailored solutions. Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday modules for HCM, Recruiting, and Talent Management while utilizing analytical thinking to provide actionable workforce planning insights. Manage project timelines and budgets to deliver solutions on schedule, support change management initiatives to enhance employee adoption, and conduct business analysis to align functionalities with organizational goals. Mentor junior team members on Workday best practices and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English

- One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
