Job Summary
Lead Workday Benefits or Advanced Compensation implementation projects, managing discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment from start to finish. Consult without supervision on complex solutions, propose alternatives to clients, and execute deliverables across multiple concurrent projects while adhering to scope, timeline, and budget constraints. Direct less experienced colleagues, review deliverables, and articulate lessons learned and best practices during sales meetings and client engagements. Requires Workday Benefits or Advanced Comp certification, 3-7 years of consulting experience, and up to 50% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Workday Benefits or Advanced Comp certified
- PRO certified
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Math, Human Resources, Computer Science, or relevant field of study
- 3 to 7 plus years of previous consulting experience implementing Financials systems such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business, ADP, Ultipro or other SaaS software solutions
- Experience in transforming business process requirements into system configurations
- Possess strong facilitation/presentation skills
- Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize conflicting demands, request resources when needed
- High attention to detail with innate to dig in and solve complex issues and thoroughly test solutions
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Possesses sound analytical problem-solving and documentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Workday Certification is a requirement of the role as well as on-going successful re-certification
