Job Summary
Technical specialist for the Workday Advance Compensation, Core Compensation and Core HR function. Knowledge of Workday Integration and Security is a bonus. Conceives, plans and conducts consultation in Compensation and Core HR as an individual contributor. Loading bulk data using EIB; setting up Compensation Elements, Comp Plan assignment and Job Profile/Salary Ranges; Benefits; HR Foundational Data; BP configuration; Calculated Fields. Develops creative, independent solutions adopted by HR corporate-wide and may lead complex HR projects domestically. Collaborates with other technical specialists under guidance from the Senior Technical Lead. Configures, performs system QAQC testing and supports UAT testing with documented test scripts; works under limited supervision and direction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- 6+ years of Workday experience in Adv Comp, Comp and Core HR
- Experience with Workday configuration and testing
- Clear oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
