Job Summary
Client Partner responsible for account management, growing allocated client accounts, and driving future business bookings and revenue. Acts as trusted adviser and facilitator who represents client needs to internal teams, develops roadmaps with clients, guides strategic IT initiatives, and manages staffing changes and escalations. Requires travel to customer sites as needed and strong communication skills to present at executive levels; focus on delivering customer business results and aligning Collaborative service offerings with client goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Five or more years of experience in a customer services role (consulting or account management)
- Workday Experience (preferred)
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time and competing priorities with a high focus on customer service
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and develop strategy
