Job Summary
Lead Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project. Owns and helps create workplans for large, global engagements; manages risk, budget, resources, and client relationships. Researches and resolves day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues; configures Workday in response to requirement changes; supports regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes and year-end activities; supports regulatory and legal reporting; mentors small on/off-shore teams; advises on industry standards and leading practices; demonstrates prototyping to illustrate design options; aligns with Workday and Accenture methodologies; provides status updates to Project Manager; travel may be required (0-100%). Minimum of 4 years of consulting experience, with recent focus in Sr. Consultant or similar roles; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; strong knowledge of payroll processes (US/Canada) and HR functions; experience with Payroll software such as ADP, Ceridian, SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle; compensation varies by location and role. Required Qualifications
