Job Summary
Workday Certified Time Tracking & Absence Consultant - remote role across the United States or Canada. Responsible for architecting, configuring, and testing Workday solutions to meet client needs, leading deployment activities, mentoring other consultants, supporting data conversion and integrations, and ensuring client adoption and satisfaction. Requires active Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking certification, 4+ years of related implementation experience, and strong communication. Travel ~20% depending on project. Location can be anywhere within the US or Canada; remote collaboration and status reporting are key components.
Required Qualifications
- Current Workday Partner Absence and/or Time Tracking Certification
- 4+ years configuring and implementing a combination of Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
- Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Functional experience in Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously a plus
