Job Summary
Lead Workday Financials FDM/R2R projects for clients within a large global Workday practice. Responsibilities include identifying business requirements, functional and process design (scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures; formulating project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting strategies; developing SOWs/client proposals; managing vendor relationships; leading client workshops and coordinating resources and budgets; serving as escalation point for critical issues; providing SMEs to aid decision-making; architecting cohesive Workday FDM/R2R solutions and advising on industry standards and best practices; mentoring project staff and ensuring adoption of Workday best practices; facilitating working sessions to gather and analyze requirements; demonstrating design options via prototyping; applying Workday and Accenture methodologies; providing status updates to Project Manager; promoting client relationships and delivering innovative assets. Travel may be required (0–100% depends on business need).
Required Qualifications
- Workday Financials Partner Certification
- Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead role
- Minimum of 3 years of hands on Workday Financials experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
- Proficiency in multiple business processes: PTP, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management, Grant Management, etc.
