Workday Certified Financials Consultant

Job Summary
Workday Financials Functional Consultant role, remotely located within the Philippines. Collaborate with product leads and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate Workday Financials components; lead or participate in FIN projects; conduct end-to-end testing; develop functional design/specifications; engage with third-party vendors as needed; stay current with Workday releases and emerging trends; leverage CPA qualification or advanced accounting degree and Workday partner certifications to deliver high-quality financial solutions for clients.
Required Qualifications
- Hold current Workday Partner Certifications in Financial Suite, Financial Accounting a plus
- 3+ years implementing Financial, Procurement and/or Expense Management solutions
- CPA and or advanced Accounting degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
- Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP or similar applications
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
- Experience deploying multiple Financial projects simultaneously a bonus
- Expected travel is +/-25% depending on project(s)
