Job Summary
Lead Workday Financials Accounting Center/Prism Consultant responsible for directing teams through business requirements gathering, design, prototyping, testing, training, and client engagement. You will formulate project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting strategies; develop SOWs/proposals; manage vendor relationships; lead client workshops; mentor project staff; architect Workday Financials Accounting Center/Prism solutions with cross-functional impact; advise on industry standards and best practices; demonstrate options through prototyping; provide status updates to Project Manager; and support innovative, globally-distributed deployments with a focus on delivering integrated payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Workday Financials Partner Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience
- Minimum of 2 years of hands on Workday Financials experience
- Minimum of 2 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations experience
- Minimum of 1 year of hands on Prism and/or Accounting Center experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
