Job Summary
Lead or support Workday implementations, enhancements, and integrations by collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to design and configure Workday modules. Perform functional and technical analysis of business requirements, conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution. Provide post-implementation support, training, and documentation while ensuring compliance with federal security and data governance standards. This role requires an active security clearance and Workday certification in one or more modules, with a base rate of $100+/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Active security clearance (Secret or higher)
- Workday certification in one or more modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials, Time Tracking, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in Workday implementation or support roles
- Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday configurations
- Experience supporting Workday in a federal or government contracting environment
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Ability to obtain additional clearance if needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working within a government or regulated industry
- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies
- Workday Studio or integration experience
