Job Summary
Analyze client requirements to implement Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions effectively and provide training for seamless integration. Collaborate with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management strategies while navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions. Manage and inspire junior team members, build meaningful client connections, and leverage business analysis techniques to improve operational efficiency. Engage in project management activities including budgeting and workforce planning to support strategic objectives. This role within PwC's Acceleration Center India focuses on solving real client challenges through connected collaboration across Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English

- One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
