Job Summary
The role involves working directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday Benefits solutions, resolving Workday Benefits issues as they arise. Candidates should possess Workday Benefits certification and at least 1 year of post-production support experience. Responsibilities include managing a team of consultants, participating in internal training, and utilizing Workday knowledge to assist the sales team. Strong customer service orientation, advanced Excel skills, and effective communication abilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years Workday Benefits post-production support experience with a Workday partner
- Knowledge in Benefits groups, plans, coverage levels, eligibility, business processes, open enrollment, Enrollment Data Conversion and the Affordable Care Act
Desired Qualifications
- Workday Benefits Certification
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and/or tickets to meet customer deliverables
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
Additional Requirements
- Candidates who are currently employed by a client of TopBloc may not be eligible for consideration
