Job Summary
Lead Workday Benefits consulting projects, managing tight deadlines and delivering technology solutions that align with client goals. Drive strategic growth by applying Workday Certification and 3-5 years of Benefits Functional Lead experience to implement full life cycles. Mentor junior staff on engagement teams, sharing expertise to foster a culture of collaboration and personal achievement. Present impactfully to leadership and conference audiences while navigating constant change through analytical rigor and entrepreneurial problem-solving. Requires 25-50% travel and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- Workday Certification
- 3-5 years + project implementation and/or minimum of 3+ full life cycle experience as Benefits Functional Lead
- Detailed understanding of Workday Benefits processes and best practices
- Ability to manage tight deadline, make decisions, learn quickly, and self-manage
- Proficient in Workday Methodology
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to communication impactfully and to present at conference or a leadership audience
- Bachelor's Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time when needed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in mentoring others
