Job Summary
The Workday Benefits Consultant will work directly with clients to implement Workday Benefits technology solutions, delivering high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries. This role requires defining, building, and implementing HR processes and structure in alignment with clients’ needs, enhancing their experience with Workday software. Responsibilities include managing a team of consultants, guiding professional development, and utilizing Workday knowledge to develop sales materials. Required qualifications include Workday Benefits Certification, experience with Workday Benefits configurations, and a solid understanding of benefits-related processes.
Required Qualifications
- Workday Benefits Certification (Required)
- 1+ years experience implementing Workday Benefits configurations for customers of all sizes
- 1+ years experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Benefits solutions
- Knowledge in Benefits groups, plans, coverage levels, eligibility, business processes, open enrollment, Enrollment Data Conversion and the Affordable Care Act
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers
- Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
- Ability to travel 25-45%
