Job Summary

Manage Workday Benefits implementations by collaborating with client staff and leadership to drive operational and digital transformation. Deliver project work stream delivery, manage work plans, and handle analytics, reporting, and client interface presentations. Train junior Huron staff on project-management and technical dimensions while establishing credibility with senior university and hospital executives. Translate meeting information into documentation using Excel and prioritize multiple projects of differing scales. Requires minimum two years of Workday experience, including participation in at least one implementation, with up to 50% travel.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in roles utilizing Workday, PeopleSoft, Lawson/Infor, or SAP
  • Huron requires a Bachelor's Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
  • Travel up to 50% when requested by the client
  • Prior experience in a role supporting a Workday implementation either at a Workday partner firm or as a client side project resource
  • Prior experience as a Workday Benefits Administrator
  • Participation in at least 1 Workday Benefits implementation is a must
  • Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level university and hospital executives on the basis of expertise, maturity, and professionalism
  • Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration
  • Strong analytical skills and tools such as excel used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams

  • Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
  • Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
  • Strong analytical skills and tools such as excel used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams
