Job Summary
Seeking a Workday Architect with strong Payroll systems expertise to support global HR technology initiatives across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence. The role involves leveraging Workday application architecture and AI technologies to design scalable solutions, leading Payroll system configuration, and acting as a subject matter expert. Key responsibilities include data analysis for HR data integrity, collaboration with HR and IT for seamless integration, management of system upgrades, and ensuring SOX compliance. Requires 7+ years in HRIT roles and 5+ years of Workday experience, with a preference for Workday certification.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in HRIT or HR technology roles
- At least 5 years of hands-on Workday experience across multiple modules, including Payroll
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a global, matrixed environment
- Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability
Desired Qualifications
- Workday certification (e.g., Payroll, HCM, or Integration)
- Proven experience implementing or supporting AI-driven or automated solutions within HR or Payroll environments
- Strong understanding of global payroll processes, compliance requirements, and third-party vendor integrations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other tools for data analysis and reporting
