Job Summary
Lead Workday configuration and implementation at Basic-Fit, serving as the technical lead to configure and maintain the Workday environment. Responsibilities include designing configuration changes (business processes, security roles, reports, and new features) aligned with business requirements and best practices; providing expert support to troubleshoot complex system issues with IT, Workday support, and external vendors; driving continuous improvement by leveraging Workday features for optimization; advising stakeholders in HRIS meetings; staying ahead of new developments; coaching and mentoring other application and functional consultants. The role requires a hands-on, structured approach, strong communication with stakeholders at all levels, and experience in transforming requirements into scalable solutions. The position is based in the Netherlands with a hybrid work arrangement (4 days in the office, 1 day from home), and English fluency is required with Dutch a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
- 4-5 years of Workday experience
- Deep knowledge of Workday modules (HCM Core, Time & Absence, Time Tracking, or Reporting)
- Strong technical skills in automation and system configuration
