Job Summary
Workday Analyst to maintain and optimise the Workday platform across HR and Finance, ensuring data integrity, configuring and enhancing workflows and reporting, and delivering continuous improvements. Act as a key contact for Workday support, partner with cross-functional teams to improve adoption and automation, develop documentation and standard operating procedures, produce and optimise reporting and analytics, perform data validation and audits, and support Workday releases and changes to maximise value globally. Must have hands-on Workday experience, strong reporting and data-structure knowledge, and the ability to translate insights for stakeholders across the organisation.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with Workday, ideally across HCM and/or Financials
- Hands-on Workday configuration and support experience
- Strong understanding of Workday business process frameworks, reporting, and data structures
- Experience maintaining data integrity, system accuracy, and governance standards within Workday
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and deliver effective solutions in a live environment
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT) to gather requirements and deliver system improvements
- Strong Workday reporting and analytics skills, ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proven track record of driving system optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience supporting Workday releases, enhancements, and change management
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive system adoption
