Job Summary
Define and lead the AI Transformation strategy for the Workday practice, shaping how AI is leveraged across sales, delivery, and internal operations. Drive AI-enabled offerings and accelerators, translate AI capabilities into measurable business value for clients, and build scalable delivery capabilities. Partner with sales and leadership to position AI in client conversations and proposals, while embedding practical AI applications into Workday engagements and ecosystem integrations. Lead adoption of AI tools across the organization to improve consultant productivity, delivery speed, and knowledge sharing. Stay current on the Workday AI ecosystem and translate new capabilities into scalable offerings, governance, and responsible usage guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in Workday consulting, transformation, or professional services leadership
- Proven experience building or leading practice-level initiatives, programs, or offerings
- Strong understanding of the Workday ecosystem, including HCM, Payroll, Time & Absence, Finance, and partner landscape
- Experience applying AI tools and technologies to improve business processes, delivery, or operations
- Demonstrated ability to identify high-value AI use cases
- Ability to build scalable solutions and frameworks
- Drive adoption across a consulting organization
- Strong client-facing and executive communication skills
- Experience supporting sales pursuits and solution development
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and evolving priorities
