Job Summary
Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation and Benefits domains to contribute to functional solutions. Host workshops and lead discussions covering Workday functionalities while independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress. Liaise closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations and actively support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets. Lead diverse teams through implementation, manage client interactions, and meet travel requirements as needed. Requires prior experience implementing Workday HCM, Compensation, or Benefits, proficiency in English and German, and a Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience implementing Workday HCM / Compensation / Advanced Compensation / Benefits or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms
- Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and German, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM and (Advanced) Compensation and Benefits workstreams
- Experience with Workdays Data Migration tools and Security framework
- Up to date Workday certifications, especially Benefits
