Job Summary
Conduct requirements gathering, functional design input, test strategy, and data auditing for Workday Advanced Compensation and Gem initiatives. Lead UAT planning and execution, manage project timelines, and develop detailed requirements documents while partnering with IT to translate HR needs into configured solutions. Support annual Sales Comp Review and OPE programs, monitor Jira queues for ticket resolution, and create Workday reports as needed. Leverage AI tools to automate workflows, generate test scripts, and build plug-and-play tools. Prioritize tasks based on demand and resources, collaborate with the Total Rewards team on technology adoption, and perform root-cause analysis for system fixes.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Business, Information Systems, or related area
- 8-10+ years HRIS/HCM experience
- Workday Advanced Comp required
- Expertise in several other areas of Workday HR including Performance Management, Core HR, Security, Reporting required
- Expert Google Sheets and/or Excel skills including leverage both for data auditing
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for automating workflows, generating test scripts/documentation, or building lightweight tools
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and prioritizing is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Gem experience is highly desired
- Solid ATS / TA tool experience is an ok substitute
- Experience supporting other systems such as Recognition tools, Jira, etc. a plus
