Job Summary
Workday Advance Compensation Consultant responsible for configuring, migrating, and supporting end-to-end implementation of the Workday Advanced Compensation module. Responsibilities include conducting requirements sessions with HR and business stakeholders, configuring components such as plans, programs, eligibility rules, events, and Compensation Review, collaborating with HCM, Payroll, and Security teams for seamless data integration, performing unit testing and UAT, developing and maintaining functional documentation and training materials, providing hypercare support and post-go-live improvements, assisting with migration and reporting related to Adv Compensation, staying updated with Workday releases and new features, and ensuring compliance with local and global compensation regulations with accurate reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/Masters' degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in Workday Core & Adv Compensation implementation or support
- Foundational knowledge of Workday HCM & Core Compensation (worker data, organizational structure, security concepts)
- Strong understanding of compensation administration processes (plan setup, eligibility, compliance)
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Workday certification in Compensation (not mandatory)
- Exposure to other Workday modules (HCM, Adv Compensation)
- Basic knowledge of Workday Calculated Fields
- Experience in HR technology or HR transformation projects
- Location : Pune (Prefer)
