Job Summary
Implement and manage Workday enterprise performance management software to enhance financial planning and reporting capabilities. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and generate insights for strategic decision-making. Analyze client needs to develop tailored software solutions while providing training and support for seamless business application integration. Navigate complex situations to deliver quality work, build meaningful client connections, and grow technical skills within the Technology Consulting practice. Utilize Workday Adaptive Planning tools to optimize operational efficiency and uphold professional standards. This role offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of evolving business contexts and make informed recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience of Workday product experience
- At least one Workday Pro certification preferably Financial Management, Adaptive Planning, Project Management, or Engagement Management
Desired Qualifications
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning and Integrations
- Completion of at least 4 end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning deployments while managing multiple projects
- Analyzing requirements, financial models, and business processes to design and build complex planning solutions
- Providing technical guidance across the Adaptive product suite
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret complex data insights
- Building meaningful client connections through effective communication
- Navigating ambiguity with intellectual curiosity and learning agility
- Embracing change and fostering creativity in problem-solving
- Developing self-awareness to enhance strengths and address growth areas
