Job Summary
Bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday Adaptive Planning problems through the full lifecycle: design sessions, configuration decisions, and tailoring solutions to client requirements across project stages. Lead or contribute to engagements with hands-on Workday expertise (data management, tenant-to-tenant configuration migration, and security configuration), map data sources into Workday Adaptive Planning, and mentor analysts while driving progress updates, risks, and changes to clients andDelivery Managers. Demonstrate leadership within projects (e.g., Partner Lead, Delivery Assurance Reviewer) and participate in training and internal knowledge sharing to grow organisational capability. Roles involve end-to-end implementation, training, and ongoing support, with opportunities across global Cognizant offices and remote work within the UK.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
- 2+ years of Workday functional implementation experience required
- 2+ years implementing functional solutions with EPM or SaaS software required
- Experience gathering business requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
