Job Summary
Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant responsible for bridging business and technical teams to solve complex Workday Adaptive Planning problems across design, configuration, and implementation phases. Includes leading facilitated design sessions, guiding client migrations from legacy systems, managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision, and taking on leadership roles such as Partner Lead or Delivery Assurance Reviewer. Hands-on Workday expertise including data management, tenant-to-tenant configuration migration, and security/process configuration; mapping data sources into Workday Adaptive Planning; mentoring consultants and analysts; participating in training and knowledge-sharing to grow organizational capability. Must be eligible for UK work entitlement and hold or be eligible for SC Clearance. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint and ability to work with clients across global operations are valued. This role emphasizes client engagement, governance, and delivering practical solutions within FP&A/financial planning contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
- 2+ years of Workday functional implementation experience required
- 2+ years implementing functional solutions with EPM or SaaS software required
- Experience gathering business requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
