Job Summary
Support client engagements by leveraging Workday Human Capital Management solutions to conduct business process improvement initiatives and interpret workforce analytics for strategic decisions. Manage human resources project budgets and timelines while facilitating change management processes to drive successful HR transformations. Collaborate with teams to develop employee engagement strategies and implement Workday Talent Management and Recruiting modules to optimize talent acquisition. Engage in benefits administration and strategic human resource planning, applying business analysis skills to identify opportunities for organizational development and promote inclusion initiatives within client environments.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating analytical thinking and business process improvement
- Utilizing strategic human resource planning and talent management
