Workcell Manager

Job Summary
Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of production, machinery, processing, and packaging departments. Lead Workcell Leaders, manage hiring activities and succession plans, and establish measurable goals to drive continuous improvement and cost reductions. Define and implement a manufacturing strategy aligned with campus directions; monitor and improve cross-workcell practices; ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Quality policies; take ownership of manufacturing tools (e.g., JOS tools like QRQC & LPA) as applicable. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred with extensive manufacturing leadership and workcell management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of eight years related experience and/or training
- Five years’ experience in a manufacturing supervisory role
- Minimum 3 years of workcell management experience
