Job Summary
Coordinate all work-based learning activities on and off center for students, developing unpaid and paid sites with training agencies and employers. Schedule students for placements in compliance with directives, process time cards, progress reviews, and monitoring forms, and report student accountability daily. Maintain case notes in CIS, participate in industry councils, and manage the advanced training application process for eligible participants. Requires an associate's degree, three years of youth experience, and a valid driver's license. Full-time, 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday at the Hawaii Job Corps Center in Waimanalo, HI.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- three (3) years' experience working with youth
- Experience with job development, marketing, or counseling related services
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
