Job Summary
Design, build, and deploy integrations and automation workflows using the Workato platform to automate processes and ensure seamless data flow across systems. Develop APIs and connectors for enterprise systems like CRM, ERP, and cloud apps while translating business requirements into scalable solutions. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integrations for performance, implementing error handling, logging, and governance best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teams to maintain documentation for workflows and reusable assets.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Workato or similar iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi)
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML
- Experience with cloud applications (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Microsoft 365)
- Basic programming/scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
- Understanding of integration patterns, data transformation, and error handling
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with DevOps/CI-CD pipelines for integrations
- Knowledge of security, authentication (OAuth, SAML), and API management
- Workato certification
