Job Summary
Supports student engagement and campus operations as the Front Desk/Office Assistant for the CNM Workforce and Community Success program. Duties include greeting and directing prospective students and visitors, routing calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating daily front desk activities (key inventory, database maintenance, data entry), performing word processing and document production (forms, tables, labels, flyers, posters), tracking and filing documents, processing purchase orders and invoices, and providing back-up coverage for other office staff. Minimum qualifications require a High School Diploma or GED and current enrollment in a degree program with financial aid eligibility. This role supports CNM’s mission and offers a part-time schedule with benefits.
