Job Summary
Support the coordination and delivery of leadership training programs, workshops, and internal learning initiatives. Create and update presentations, learning materials, and documentation to ensure high quality and consistency. Manage key LMS activities, including content uploads, participant tracking, and data accuracy. Prepare and support sessions by coordinating scheduling, invitations and agendas. Maintain internal L&D pages and resources to ensure information is current, accessible, and easy to navigate. Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to gather feedback and continuously improve learning initiatives. Support the analysis of learning data and contribute to reporting and presentations for stakeholders. Ensure structured and timely communication via tools such as Outlook, Teams, and internal platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university program (e.g., Business Psychology, HR, Psychology, Business, or related field)
- Strong command of English (written and spoken); German is a plus
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with proactive and reliable mindset
- Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint; Excel basics preferred)
- Familiarity with LMS tools is a plus
- Interest in learning topics such as leadership development, facilitation & organizing trainings or organizational development
- Curiosity to learn, ask questions early, and actively reflect on feedback
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in an international environment
- High attention to detail and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences
