Job Summary
Support TeamViewer's EMEA student workforce by managing their onboarding and daily engagement. Accompany HR Business Partners in daily operations, including contract document creation, and actively contribute to strategic HR projects such as the SAP SuccessFactors implementation. Generate data analysis and interpretation for salary benchmarking and compensation decisions. Assist in talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives, including feedback processes and employee engagement programs. Collaborate on HR strategy and process development, particularly regarding salary increase rounds.
Required Qualifications
- Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) an einer Hochschule oder Universität im Bereich Wirtschaftsrecht, Personalmanagement, BWL, VWL, Psychologie, Organisationsentwicklung bzw. -wissenschaften, Changemanagement, oder vergleichbare Fachrichtungen
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Hohes Maß an Engagement, Eigeninitiative, Begeisterung und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit SAP SucessFactors
