Job Summary
Work Readiness Instructor responsible for teaching consumers in designated specialty areas (Office/Clerical Skills, Building Maintenance, Computerized Stock Inventory/Retail, and Food Service) using established curricula; develop additional instructional methods as needed; manage program supplies and inventory; maintain a safe, compliant workspace; assist with forms, billing records, and documentation; contribute to catering and Work Readiness activities and identify potential trainees, while collaborating effectively in a team and maintaining strong communication with clients and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s preferred
- Experience: 2+ years in designated work readiness specialty, special education vocational training, work readiness training, teaching, and/or human services field experience
- Knowledge/Skills: Computer literacy, Microsoft Office Suite, teamwork, communication
- Other Requirements: In-person work environment
