Work Program Management – Materials & Contracts RQ00912

Lead cross-functional teams to manage low to medium risk infrastructure projects up to $20 million, covering planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout phases. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring benefits, resources, and risks to ensure alignment with scope, timelines, and financial targets. Coordinate activities across engineering, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement teams, preparing documentation including charters, communication plans, and status reports. Maintain meaningful relationships with contractors and field crews, proactively resolving issues and escalating risks as appropriate. Utilize intermediate Microsoft Office skills and project management tools to track performance against key milestones. Provide clear written, verbal, and presentation updates to stakeholders and leadership. Support regulatory approvals and engagement with Indigenous communities.
