Job Summary
Monitor and analyze project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools while planning, coordinating, and monitoring assigned electrical and mechanical activities. Develop detailed task lists, work effort assessments, and resource allocation plans to create work orders and field documentation packages for execution. Oversee schedules, manage risk mitigation plans, and identify scope changes to ensure accurate completion times and budget tracking. Prepare regular internal and external reports for management and convey required project data to teams. This fast-track project at a nuclear facility requires experience with major equipment repair, Maximo CMMS, and turnaround operations. Submit your resume to join the team.
Required Qualifications
- Competent computer skills
- Experience with Maximo or similar Asset Management software
- Work Planning experience with major equipment repair/replacement (primarily electrical)
- Safety conscience in all tasks
- Available to start soon
- Willingness to stay until the job finishes
- Fast track project experience
- Forced outage experience
- Turnaround experience
- Prior experience in similar roles or those that directly share skills sets
- Keen attention to detail
- Reading comprehension
- Experience at nuclear power facilities or DOE sites
