Job Summary
Lead oversight of Gesher’s work participation and benefits-aligned programming within Michigan Works! career center operations, including management of PATH, FAE&T, and Medicaid registration services; ensure participant engagement, work participation rate compliance, and timely reporting; supervise case managers and enrollment staff; coordinate with MDHHS and LEO; drive cross-functional program initiatives, data integrity in required systems, and adherence to WIOA and funder policies; collaborate with career coaches and community partners to connect participants to employment pathways and supportive services; support professional development and address performance in coordination with Human Resources.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, public administration, workforce development, or related field required
