Job Summary
Work Order Specialist at Easy Ice responsible for reviewing and documenting work orders from service providers in accordance with Easy Ice SOPs; duties include processing and reviewing work orders, distributing/ Filtering customer service emails, creating and distributing Preventive Maintenance work orders, reviewing PM invoices, rescheduling PM work orders as needed, monitoring adherence to Maintenance Plan schedules, updating Salesforce with customer/service-provider information, and handling back-office administration. Requires high school degree, 5+ years of customer service experience, technical aptitude, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong organizational and communication skills. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- 5 years Customer Service or equivalent experience preferred
- Intermediate level of technical aptitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Team oriented
- Self-starter
- Detailed oriented and high level of accuracy delivered
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential
- Sedentary, sitting, walking, occasional lifting, bending, frequent near vision use for reading and computer use
