Job Summary
The Work Order Specialist is responsible for completing resident Service Requests, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring excellent customer service. Requires a high school diploma and 1 to 3 years of experience. Possesses skills in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, among others.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of work-related experience
- On-call availability on nights and weekends
- Great mechanical aptitude in appliance repair, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, electrical systems, etc.
- Effective communication with residents, staff, and vendors
Desired Qualifications
- EPA Universal certificate (preferred)
- Pool maintenance experience (preferred)
Additional Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions
