Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior. Implement skill-building care plans, record session data accurately on electronic devices, and foster a positive learning environment while connecting with families. Provide direct care in clients' homes or community-based locations, requiring RBT certification and a high school diploma. Positions are part-time with a 6-month commitment, offering same-day pay, flexible scheduling, and access to BCBA schooling partnerships. Candidates must demonstrate patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain calm in challenging situations.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
