Job Summary
Identify new work in the customer's online Work Management System and process work packets to create actionable projects for field employees. Gather and disseminate locate information for underground utility lines, then distribute this data to facilitate field operations. Update project information and status within the system while submitting and tracking service requests. Report project status to supervisors and maintain schedules for field crews, advocating for their needs. Interface with customer Work Management System specialists to support implementation efforts. Requires familiarity with work management systems, Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills. Full-time role with competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Familiarity with work management systems or processes
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
