Job Summary
Lead the development, execution, and continuous optimization of field work management processes across the full lifecycle (Identify, Plan, Schedule, Execute, Close, Analyze) with a focus on data quality and operational performance. Govern and configure Maximo processes within LP scope, ensure change management and system readiness for enhancements. Develop dashboards and reporting (Power BI) to support maintenance effectiveness and decision-making. Provide front-line support for work management system/data issues; collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders to standardize processes and drive end-to-end workflow efficiency. Mentor teams across dispersed regions to uphold data governance, safety, and best practices in work management.
Required Qualifications
- Related university degree and seven-plus years’ oil & gas, maintenance, or pipeline experience OR ten-plus years of previous field operations experience OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience
- Solid understanding of development and implementation of new processes
- Experience, knowledge and understanding of work management philosophies and practices
- Proven ability to self-teach on the job
- Experience and knowledge of work management functions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of ERP technologies and enterprise systems (e.g., Maximo) and Power BI proficiency
- Willingness to travel to field locations; hybrid work model offered
- Knowledge of oil/gas pipeline operations and cross-functional collaboration
