Job Summary
Coordinate student placements for Work Integrated Learning terms, visit properties to track progress, and provide counseling and discipline support. Establish new relationships with properties for future placements while managing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records. Requires a hospitality qualification, five years of industry experience, and a driver's license. Full-time role with on-call rotation available. Required Qualifications
- A hospitality qualification or degree
- A minimum of 5 years relevant hospitality experience
- Knowledge of hospitality processes and disciplinary codes
- Own transport and driver's license
- Strong computer literacy
- Proficient in related computer software
- Strong administrative skills
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Strong and experienced mentor
